Galatea showing off the ragdoll cat temperament
This is our four month old ragdoll kitten, Galatea. Her markings are blue cream torbie. Ragdolls are known for their gentle and loyal personalities and their habit of going limp when being held or petted. As you can see, our little Galatea has all of these attributes in abundance. She’s actually very shy, she goes straight into hiding when someone new enters our home, but after only six days she’s thoroughly bonded with myself and my boyfriend and absolutely loves snuggles and playing. She’s probably the most well behaved kitten I have owned. Ragdolls should NEVER be let outside! This is my second ragdoll, my first met an unfortunate end with a car. They are so loving and gentle that they will not defend themselves and will be very curious about dogs and cars and other dangers. Please look after your ragdoll kitties and keep them indoors, they are perfectly happy in small homes as long as you give them lots of love. The song is Agaetis Byrjun by Sigur Ros. I don’t usually like cutesy music in videos but the sound in this one was a bit screwy and I didn’t want just silence
